A bit about Adell
Adell brings over twenty‑five years of senior leadership across real estate, asset management and complex operational delivery, with roles spanning the BBC, WOHA Singapore, Coca‑Cola, Bilfinger, Interserve, Landmark and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). Trusted to manage multi‑billion‑pound budgets and lead teams of thousands in high‑risk, highly scrutinised environments, her career has been defined by creating conditions where people, systems and organisations can thrive, from global property portfolios to customer‑focused FM operations.
Alongside her executive career, Adell brings a deep foundation in women’s health. She holds a B.Sc. in Osteopathy and Naturopathy and began her wellbeing journey at 18 as an aerobics instructor, helping women build confidence and strength in their bodies. This early passion shaped her leadership style for decades, informing the holistic, people‑centred approach she brought to every team, culture and transformation programme she led.
But behind the professional success sits a deeper story, one shared by many midlife women. Adell has personally navigated the metabolic shifts, hormonal changes, identity recalibrations, burnout cycles and caregiving pressures that often arrive quietly and simultaneously. Like so many women, she found herself carrying intense professional responsibility while her body, energy and priorities were changing in ways workplaces rarely acknowledge.
Following cancer surgery in 2012, which triggered early menopause, Adell experienced first‑hand how little research, education and workplace understanding exists around women’s physiology, metabolic health and hormonal transitions. From healthcare to fitness equipment to everyday design, so much of the world is still built around male physiology as the default. This lived experience ignited her passion for nutrition, metabolic health, menopause support and identity reclamation specifically designed for women. She became deeply invested in evidence‑led approaches to stabilising energy, supporting hormonal transitions, improving metabolic resilience and rebuilding confidence from the inside out. Her coaching lens is shaped not by theory alone, but by the reality of having walked through these transitions while holding senior leadership roles in demanding environments.
At Autumnea, Adell blends her operational clarity with compassionate, grounded wellbeing expertise. She supports women who feel stretched thin, unseen or “not quite themselves”, helping them understand their bodies, reclaim their identity and redesign life and work with intelligence, strength and self‑trust. Her approach is warm, pragmatic and deeply human: no fluff, no judgement, just thoughtful guidance rooted in lived experience, evidence‑led thinking, strategic clarity and science‑based principles.
Adell is a steady, reassuring presence within Autumnea, championing women who refuse to shrink, and helping them rise into the most powerful, metabolically aligned and self‑defined chapter of their lives.
